April 21st

Today, Weslee turns 4, and my daughter, Jaden, turns 29. They've both come a long long way, and this day is double special for me!

We are so lucky to have Weslee a part of the Rivendell Community, and a part of our preschool. He brings a passion for animals and nature. He is always up for an adventure, especially on a bus or a preschool plane! Today he rallied everyone with a field trip to Clackamas Community College. There is so much to see there and we notice new things each time. He is a leader in play, and also knows exactly how to sidestep any kind of trouble brewing. He is patient. So patient. And he loves many of the things I do: legos, magna tiles, marble runs, games.

Wishing Weslee the very happiest of birthdays, and to Jessi, a very happy Mommy Day. We love you, Weslee! Thank you for being kind and gentle, and for knowing what's important.
