September 25th

Well....I'd noticed that the kids hadn't been doing puzzles anymore (after developing some serious puzzle skills a few months ago), so I tried to add a little incentive by saying I'll add one candy to the bag for each puzzle completed, either alone, with a friend, or all of us together to share in the afternoon. It didn't work at all. There was a lot of whining about candy, and very little puzzle-doing. They did earn two candies. With a lot of help from puzzle-loving teacher!

I should know better!

(It's possible they had a bit of a mid-week field trip hangover from spending almost the whole day outside yesterday).

They did plenty of other awesome things.

Such as wash my car! Eloise was the only sleeper, fyi.
