October 9th

Yowzers!!!! That was some pretty wild wacky energy they arrived with this morning! And then, of course, the synergy of those buzzing bodies generated even more energy... But I managed to keep them alive all day long, and thanks to Hazel's mom, we enjoyed a very spontaneous field trip to the Oregon Trail Museum. And the did very well in the museum!

I am hoping my husband will build a contraption-machine-pedal thing when he retires that can harness the energy of a preschool. I'm pretty sure they could generate more than the solar panels we have!

May they sleep well tonight. I will.
