We seized this beautiful day with imaginary plane trips (I never really got a destination from them, but it's the journey that counts), and a bus trip to Clackamas Community College. The college was wonderfully empty until I realized that they were having water problems and that all the buildings were closed. No toilets. No water. We know how to manage just fine when there are no bathrooms, but no water....thirsty just thinking of it? We rationed what we had and cut the trip short. Mr Joel was declared a Superhero when he 'happened' to drive up with two big bottles of ice water on the walk home from the bus stop. We rode the #31 to college, leaving across from the stop by the pool. It goes right past Daniel's house, and right past Honey's house. And just about everywhere else! On the way home, we took the #33, which drops us off across the street from Eastham. It's much more direct.

We kept Eloise is our thoughts and hearts all day and wish her the happiest birthday.

Now enjoy a wonderful weekend with lots of rest and laughter.
