some splendid things that happened today

Maddie came!

we did shaving cream-on-the-table, and instead of two minutes of crazy excitement followed by a lot of clean-up for Teacher Cara, we all stayed and enjoyed this sensory delight until we'd pretty much used all the cream up!

Opal lingered at morning snack and was actually the last one to leave the table!

Maddie assisted Eloise throughout the day, and got her to the Tree Park in record time. Opal gave Daniel some extra attention as well and looked out for him. .

everyone cleaned up!

and it was just an all-around pleasant day.
