some thoughts regarding this lovely day

we did a lot of arts and crafts! painting.. glue gun fun...drawing...more glue gun fun, and a bead and pipe cleaner crafts brought to us by Miele! making crowns was suggested, but these creative young kids made all sorts of things-handcuffs, bracelets, decorations...

our neighbor (he who has many dogs) brought us a big box full of...stamps!

one of the workers who was pruning roses bushes and doing grounds work ran over with a rose, and offered it to me!

Weslee was planning to lead us to LaTourette, but there were so many stops, and then a potty break (and I only had one hand for wrangling since I was carrying a big heavy box of stamps!), that when I suggested we abort, almost everyone thought it was a good idea. Most importantly, Weslee.

today there were way less obnoxious noises and piercing screams than usual! What a blessing.
