on this last day of spring...

• a 5:1 girl to boy ratio. (Azrael definitely would have welcomed another boy, no matter how wild and wrestly the girls got)

• 'stay home' won the vote this morning over bus trips or parks or anything else

• when it was library/splash pad or quiet alone activities, adventure was unanimous

• the ferret provided much entertainment and cuteness for all of us

• Rowan organized a game of store, which started with one employee selling just cherries but kept biggering and bettering to include blueberries, painted rocks, and cards and five or six employees. she started passing out business cards!

• Azrael and Hazel almost got married, but he got cold feet and she was jilted at the pulpit

• Ezra and Honey however had a lovely marriage with lots of flowers sanctified by Pastor Rowan

• Opal was a serious ring bearer
